S Factor® is an embodiment & whole life practice for women that not only intelligently opens and strengthens the feminine body but also reconnects her to her vitality, sensuality and her core desires. The physical practice is a pathway to an enlivened, empowered life where women learn to own and express their emotional and erotic truth. This is a journey through your body that arrives at your soul – and never looks back. 

Through your journey with S Factor, you will learn and empower the ancient language of your body, including your intuition, sensation, and pleasure.  There’s no judgement, no shame, just radical self-acceptance.

This is a practice that mends and enhances our relationship with our erotic body.  Through this work we turn on the brilliant feminine essence that exists in all of us.  We celebrate it.  We revel in it.  And as we see it in ourselves and each other, we bring that light to every relationship we have, to the world around us – and to the world at large.

S Factor Intro Class

S Factor introductory classes offer a welcoming, beginner-friendly introduction to feminine movement, combining intuitive pole dancing, stretching, and emotional embodiment. Designed for all body types and fitness levels, these sessions focus on sensuous and soulful movement to increase confidence, energy, and body connection.

The class will include the S Factor signature warm-up, followed by beginner-friendly pole play, and concludes with a guided routine. Join us for an embodied experience and introduction to the S Factor philosophy and basic movement flow.

S Factor Journey Classes

S Factor is a sensual feminine movement practice that is designed to teach students the language of their bodies through dance, exploration, and play.  This movement practice is intended to be sexy, soulful, playful, and flirtatious—and this is a wide spectrum for each individual.

  • Each class is two-hours.
  • Classes are once a week
  • Each level is a series of two 8-week journeys

Each Level is specifically curated to encourage your exploration into the feminine genius of your body.  A personal movement practice and emotional journey that is truly unique and limitless. 

Each class begins with the signature S Factor Workout, includes pole instruction, and the opportunity to dance.  The Foundational Level Series will teach the S Factor Routine.  As you move further through the Intermediate and Advanced levels there will be an invitation to dance freely.

S Factor Singular Curriculum Classes

S EXPRESS

A 60-Minute experience designed to ignite your senses!  The class begins with the S Factor signature warm-up followed by playful pole time and concludes with an immersive moving mediation.  This class is for EVERYONE and will be facilitated as a mixed-level class. 

FLUID FEMININE MOVEMENT

Fluid Feminine Movement, called FFM for short, is a sensually focused workout class that allows a woman to move into the integrity of her female body shape.

Fluid Feminine Movement focuses only on the S Workout, which includes many of the Core Movements from our Original Series classes.  This class allows any woman to enjoy a feminine workout practice that teaches her to move into and take pleasure in her natural, fluid, sensual body while gaining stamina, flexibility and strength.  FFM was created for women who desire to learn about their natural feminine body movement but do not wish to learn pole tricks, strip technique, or delve into the Erotic Creature concept.  This class provides a safe space for any woman to enjoy feminine fitness.
