Rachel Brenna

Rachel Brenna is a licensed S Factor instructor, pole enthusiast, wellness advocate, community leader, and producer dedicated to helping others reconnect with their bodies and live more fulfilling lives.

Her journey with S Factor began in 2007 in Los Angeles, where she quickly fell in love with the movement and its philosophy. She went on to become the LA Studio Manager, eventually overseeing all three Southern California locations. After relocating to New York City in 2009, Rachel remained deeply committed to the practice as both a student and advocate. From 2011 to 2014, she taught pole in Washington Heights and Harlem, and in 2019 she became S Factor certified. With nearly two decades of experience, Rachel brings a passion for self-discovery, growth, and exploration to every class she leads.

Professionally, Rachel has a background in entertainment and media, holding a BFA from the University of Southern California and an MFA from Columbia University. She has since transitioned full-time into the wellness space and is a director at The Community Well, a nonprofit wellness center. There, she designs and leads programming that supports holistic well-being—helping individuals nurture their body, mind, and spirit.
