Lisa Sabato
Lisa Sabato is an accomplished fitness professional. She has taught group fitness classes ranging from cardio, HIIT, and aerobic dance to stretch and ballet barre workouts. She has worked one on one as a personal trainer and has taught Pilates for many years. She is also skilled in Thai yoga massage, an ancient, sacred bodywork that fuses rhythmic motion, energy line work, and stretching into a healing modality. Lisa has an intense devotion toward health and healing and considers it a gift to share her passion with others. Lisa defines herself a teacher and loves to see her students learn and grow.
