Hatha Yoga
Combining Asana (poses), Savasana (relaxation), Pranayama (breath work), and meditation, this class is designed for all levels of practice. The focus will be on proper alignment to bring balance, strength, and calmness to the body and mind.

Fridays, 9:00a - 10:00a
Mindful Stretch with Lisa Sabato
Each class will focus on a gentle, restorative stretch to fully lengthen the entire body. Participants will be guided through an hour-long session and modifications will be given to accommodate the needs of all students. Stretching elongates as well as strengthens the body and enhances performance in all other workouts. It also helps to improve posture and can reduce stress.
A mat, yoga blocks, strap or stretchy band, and foam roller are encouraged for the class. Equipment will be loaned from the Studio at no charge.
